PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sanitary briefs capable of receiving menstrual liquid leaking from a napkin and prevent the same from leaking outside and suppressing decrease in expandability and adaptability for movement as low as possible. SOLUTION: Sanitary briefs comprise a brief main body 1 provided with a tubular under-crotch part 3 and a patch cloth 4 disposed inside of thighs of the under-crotch part 3. This patch cloth 4 is located at least above both right and left sides of the sanitary briefs and part of the patch cloth 4 is located to outsides of both right and left sides of the sanitary napkin. This patch cloth 4 is divided into a left patch cloth 4 and a right patch cloth 4 and a valley part having no patch cloth 4 is formed in a center of a crotch part 2. |
