PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the function of a device by shortening time after access until voice output and continuing the voice output of the information of selected plural items. SOLUTION: Character information stored in the storage medium of a center is read by communication (310) and the read character information is stored in a buffer memory for the plural items by an item unit (310). A key word included in the read character information is extracted (312) and whether or not the extracted key word and the key word stored beforehand mutually match is judged (316 and 318). As for the items for which it is judged that the key words match, the character information of the items is continuously read from the buffer memory and the character information is outputted by voice synthesis correspondingly to the code data of the read character information. |
