<p>PURPOSE: To eliminate a simple lighting condition and to obtain a comfortable lighting condition by giving a variation having a fluctuation (1/f) characteristics to a light source constantly. CONSTITUTION: A signal input by a wind speed sensor 1 which detects the variation of the wind speed and outputs its strength is shaped by a waveform shaping part 2. After the signal from the waveform shaping part 2 is converted into a dimming signal by a signal converter 3, the light intensity of a power source 5 is regulated by a dimming device 4 to light the power source 5 according to the dimming signal.</p> |
