A visual information transmitting method employing a photovoltaic power generation panel in which a flat and rigid photovoltaic power generation panel (3) supported by a structure (2) to receive sunlight performs photovoltaic power generation. On the other hand, the photovoltaic power generation panel (3) is irradiated with a video light (26) for transmitting information and its video (27) is reflected thereon. The photovoltaic power generation panel (3) is irradiated with the video light (26) and its video (27) is reflected thereon and when viewed from at least the irradiating side of the video light (26) with reference to the photovoltaic power generation panel (3), out of the irradiating side of the video light (26) and the opposite side thereof, a clear video (27) can be obtained by the reflected light of the video light (26) for the photovoltaic power generation panel (3). |
