PURPOSE: An image display device is provided to reduce the thickness of the image display device and noises, while achieving improved heat radiation of the circuit board. CONSTITUTION: An image display device comprises a chassis base(4), a plasma display panel mounted on a side of the chassis base, a driver circuit board(6) mounted on the other side of the chassis base in such a manner that no air gap is formed between the chassis base and the driver circuit board, and a fixing portion for fixing the driver circuit board to the chassis base. The fixing portion includes a screw which penetrates through the driver circuit board and is coupled into a screw groove(4a) formed at the chassis base.
