PURPOSE: A heating board is provided to eliminate harmful electromagnetic waves generated at wires of a heating device and a harmful earth ray. CONSTITUTION: A heating board comprises a steel plate(1), an upper and a lower anti-rust layers(2A,2B), an upper and a lower copper plated layers(3A,3B), a resin layer(4), a bio-ceramic layer(5), and a heating device. The upper and the lower anti-rust layers(2A,2B) are formed to cover the top side and the bottom side of the steel plate(1). The upper and the lower copper plated layers(3A,3B) are formed to cover the upper and the lower anti-rust layers(2A,2B). The resin layer(4) is formed on the surface of the upper copper plated layer(3A). The bioceramic layer(5) is formed on the resin layer(4). The heating device(6) is arranged under the lower copper plated layer(3B). The resin layer(4) is extended to form a sealed frame and the frame is filled with a heat blocking material(7). A wet-proof oiled paper(8) is attached under the heating board.
