PURPOSE: An altitude adjusting apparatus for a firearm is provided to reduce manufacturing time and manufacturing cost by minimizing the number of elements required for adjusting an altitude of the fire arm. CONSTITUTION: An altitude adjusting apparatus for a firearm includes a supporting member(50) for supporting the firearm. A supporting plate(51) is installed above the supporting member(50). A rotating shaft(52) of the firearm is disposed at an upper portion of the supporting plate(51). A gun barrel(53) is rotatably coupled to the rotating shaft(52). A first hinge section(54) is formed at one side of the gun barrel(53). A second hinge section(56) is formed at one side of the supporting member(50). A rod is rotatably installed at the first hinge section(54). An altitude adjusting device(57) is rotatably installed about the second hinge section(56).
