The belt is carried on an articulated fixed support (6) and also on a further support with a jack (8) which enables the belt inclination to be varied. The belt delivers parcels of papers from a limited relative height to a delivery van loader (1) with a moving floor (5) which conveys the successive stacks forward on completion.
