PURPOSE: A retrieval system and a method thereof are provided to enable a client to receive various search information and connect to a wanted web page with accuracy by supplying search information with respect to a keyword and a shortcut service with respect to many keywords related to the keyword. CONSTITUTION: A group keyword database(32) includes a group keyword according to keywords. A real name database(33) includes a network address and a real name matched therewith. A processing server(35) searches the group keyword database(32) based on an inputted keyword and searches a corresponded group keyword. When a keyword is inputted from a client(20) being connected through a network(10), a search server(40) requests a group keyword to the processing server(35), and supplies a search result page including search information corresponded to the inputted keyword, the keyword, and the group keyword to the client(20). If the client(20) selects the keyword or the group keyword on the search result page, a real name server(36) judges whether the selected keyword or the group keyword is a real name. If the selected keyword or the group keyword is a real name, the real name server(36) supplies a network address corresponded to the keyword or the group keyword selected from the real name database(33) for the client(20), and connects the client(20) to a web page corresponded to the network address.
