PURPOSE: An assembling piece with a cushioning function for use in sharp edges of furniture is provided to prevent injuries, thereby providing furniture with rounded edges and a clean, simple look. CONSTITUTION: The assembling piece with a cushioning function for use in edges of furniture is fastened to a furniture by inserting the assembling piece(8) into connecting holes(3,4) of a vertical frame body(1) and a horizontal frame body(2) being at a 45 angle from each other, and by screwing a bolt(12) to the assembling piece(8). An outward edge-combining projection(9) for edge-combining is formed by connecting the assembling piece(8) made of resin with edges as one body, and a cutting end(6) is formed by placing the ends of the frame bodies(1,2) at a right angle to an incline surface(5) to dispose the outward edge-combining projection(9) at the cutting end(6).
