PURPOSE: A sliding door with a guide rail is provided to easily install, repair, and modify the structure by simply detaching and attaching the guide rail and to prevent a roller from being separated. CONSTITUTION: A sliding door with a guide rail(210) is composed of a door body attached with at least one roller to the upper part; the guide rail for guiding the door to be opened and shut by placing a rolling member of the roller to support the door body and move in the horizontal direction; and an upper frame attached to the bottom of the guide rail. The guide rail includes a roller placing unit(211) having a roller placing space(214). The roller placing space comprises a cut unit(212) of which both ends are penetrated and formed in a pipe shape, cut at the center of the bottom face along the longitudinal direction to move the roller with placing the roller on the upsides of support sills(213) formed at both sides, and a support projection(22a) vertically protruded at ends of the support sills arranged at both sides of the cut unit and placed with the rolling member of the roller.
