PURPOSE: A device for driving an objective lens of an optical pickup is provided to almost remove the deformation degree difference among elastic supporting elements of a blade, thereby resolving the danger to move the blade in a certain direction by even weak impact or vibration and carrying out the position control of an objective lens stably. CONSTITUTION: A device for driving an objective lens of an optical pickup includes wires(W1-W6) for supporting a blade(20) to move elastically with respect to a holder(50). The wires are symmetrically disposed with respect to a rotation center point(P) in the case of tilt control. Both end positions of the respective wires are in the same distance(r) from the rotation center point. The distance(d1,d2,d3) between two facing wires are equal in every pair, when the wires are grouped in pairs.
