PURPOSE: A lecture fee restoring method is provided to get a registration agent to pay an insurance premium when a trainee registers for a lecture over an online network, and to pay back the lecture fee to a lecture service institute and the trainee in a case that the trainee quits the registered lecture before the lecture is finished. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises several steps. An average insurance premium rate is calculated according to a lecture kind or an area, and is stored at a server of a registration agent company. If a trainee pays a lecture fee over an online network, the server deposits the lecture fee at an account of the registration agent company and saves it for a term insured, and then an insurance fee is automatically transferred to an account of an insurance company(s7). In a case that the trainee quits the lecture within a set period, the server settles the saved lecture fee according to a preset condition, and pays back the settled money to an account of the trainee(s8), and pays the remaining money except the paid-back money, an agent fee and the premium to the lecture institute(s9). The server requests the insurance company to pay the insurance money, and the insurance company checks whether the trainee quits the registered lecture within a set period(s10, s11).
