PURPOSE: A structure of an engine mounting bracket is provided to overlap and combine first and second brackets to a frame by closely contacting and weld-combining the first bracket to the frame, overlapping and weld-combining the second bracket, and combining the mounting bracket for mounting an engine to the second bracket, accordingly to improve combination strength between the mounting bracket and the frame, to prevent vibration of the engine from being directly transmitted to the frame and the breakage of a welded part of the frame and the bracket, and to reduce effects for a notch of the welded part by adopting a plug-welding method. CONSTITUTION: A structure of an engine mounting bracket(11) is composed of a first bracket(20) bent and closely contacted and weld-combined to a frame(10) of a vehicle body; a second bracket(30) having a first bent unit(31) contacted and weld-combined to the upper end of the second bracket and a second bent unit(32) formed with a plurality of supporting plates(33) protruded at the inside and contacted to the surface of the first bracket at an extended part of the first bent unit; and a plurality of bolt holes(34) arranged at the surface of the second bent unit of the second bracket to bolt-combine the mounting bracket.
