PURPOSE: A preparation method of 1,1-di(4-(dialkylamino)phenyl)ethylene derivatives and a preparation method of 4-halo-N,N-dialkylaniline derivatives and their salt are provided, to allow the derivatives to be produced economically and industrially. CONSTITUTION: The 1,1-di(4-(dialkylamino)phenyl)ethylene derivative represented by the formula I are prepared by synthesizing a Grignard reagent from the 4-halo-N,N-dialkylaniline derivative represented by the formula II and magnesium; reacting the Grignard reagent with the alkyl acetate derivative represented by the formula III to obtain carbinol; and dehydrating the carbinol to make alkene type wherein R1 and R2 are H, a low molecular weight alkyl group or a cycloalkyl group; R3, R4 and R5 are a low molecular weight alkyl group or a cycloalkyl group; and X is Cl, Br, or I.
