APPARATUS FOR PRODUCTION OF REGENERATED SAND USING CONSTRUCTIONAL WASTE

PURPOSE: An apparatus for preparing regenerated sand is provided to use constructional wastes such as waste casting sand, waste molding steel sand, coal ash and dust and briquette ash without using natural sand. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a first processing part(1) including a first, a second and a third crusher(20a,20b,20c) and a first and a second screen(31a,31b); a second processing part(2) including a fourth crusher(20d) and a third screen(31c); a cylindrical barrel(43) having a spiral type transfer blade(44c) inside top end of a stand(41) and sprocket wheel(43b) with a groove(43a) on one peripheral side of the barrel; a motor(44) for driving chain wound over the sprocket wheel(43b); a hopper(42) having an extension plate(42a) to feed the constructional waste into the cylindrical barrel(43); and a mixer(40) located near the cylindrical barrel(43) and mounted with injection nozzle(45) to spout hydrochloric acid stored in a tank(46).
