SPACER ARRANGING METHOD AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF ELECTRO-OPTICAL DEVICE

PURPOSE: A spacer arranging method and a manufacturing method of an electro-optical device are provided to arrange spacers on certain positions more exactly. CONSTITUTION: Spacers(125) are arranged on certain positions of a substrate for an electro-optical device by using a droplet ejecting device. Droplets are ejected onto the substrate for the electro-optical device by using the droplet ejecting device. The droplet obtained by suspending the spacers in a solvent which has a boiling point of 150-250deg.C and a viscosity of 10-40mPas is used.
