DEVICE AND METHOD FOR MOUNTING SHOE TO PISTON FOR SWASH PLATE-TYPE COMPRESSOR

PURPOSE: A device and a method for mounting shoes to a piton for a swash plate-type compressor are provided to improve work efficiency by easily mounting an upper shoe and a lower shoe to the piston. CONSTITUTION: A device for mounting shoes to a piton for a swash plate-type compressor includes a piston transfer unit(30) supporting and transferring pistons(10); a guide rail(20) fitted into a swash plate insertion space of the piston; a first insertion unit(110) having lower shoe perforation holes(130) and first mounting units mounting lower shoes(11) to a lower shoe-mounting part of the piston through the lower shoe perforation holes; and a second insertion unit(210) having upper shoe-receiving parts(230) and second mounting units mounting upper shoes(12) received in the upper shoe-receiving part to an upper shoe-mounting part. The guide rail has first and second receiving spaces(21,22) and has the same thickness as the thickness of the peripheral part of the swash plate. The first insertion unit inserts the lower shoe perforation hole and a part of the first mounting unit in the first receiving space. The second insertion unit inserts the upper shoe-receiving part and a part of the second mounting unit in the second receiving space.
