PURPOSE: An optical power splitter is provided to reduce a size of the optical power splitter by integrating a plurality of optical power splitters within one chip. CONSTITUTION: An optical power splitter includes an input optical waveguide and output optical waveguides of N number to divide an optical signal of the input optical waveguide into optical signals of N number. The optical power splitter system further includes two or more optical power splitters and an alignment waveguide(50). The optical power splitters are formed by arranging planar light wave circuits on one chip. The alignment waveguide(50) are used for aligning the input optical waveguide and the output optical wave guides.
