PURPOSE: Pine mushroom liquor and a preparation method thereof are provided, thereby exerting the color, flavor and effective components of pine mushroom to the liquor, and preserving texture and shape of pine mushroom in the liquor, so that the liquor can remove a hangover. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing pine mushroom liquor comprises dipping pine mushrooms in 5 to 50%(v/v) edible alcohol, wherein the pine mushrooms include fresh pine mushroom, dried pine mushroom, freeze-dried pine mushroom, and pine mushroom which is dipped in a pine mushroom extract and freeze-dried; the spirit used is diluted soju or pine mushroom brandy and one or more additive selected from an antiseptic, a sweetener and an antioxidant may be further added to the alcohol dipped pine mushrooms.
