PURPOSE: A device for removing material stuck to tar tray under coke oven door is provided to perform dry distillation operation stably and smoothly and secure safety of workers by scrapping tar generated and stuck to the tar tray during dry distillation of bituminous coal periodically or as occasion demands. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises a main body base(12) upward slantly arranged on a front lower part of moving car for mounting or dismounting coke oven door; a guide rail(14) arranged on an upper surface of the main body base(12); an operating block(16) slidingly fixed to the guide rail(14); an operating plate(22) connected and fixed to the operating block(16); a main operating cylinder(20) which is fixed to one end of the operating plate(22) to move the operating plate(22) back and forth; and a scraper(30) fixed to the other end of the operating plate(22), wherein the scraper(30) is installed in such a way that angle of the scraper(30) is adjusted by an angle adjusting member, wherein the angle adjusting member comprises connecting bracket(44), subsidiary operating cylinder(40) and 'L' shaped subsidiary connector(42), and wherein the scraper(30) and operating plate(22), and the operating plate(22) and main operating cylinder(20) are movably connected to each other by fixed pins(24a,24b).
