PURPOSE: A slate for a shutter and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the durability and the decorated state by forming a surface member with aluminum plate member, to improve the wear resistance by making a back member with an iron plate member, and to improve productivity. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a slate for a shutter comprises steps of forming an aluminum plate member(31a) in a section by a first roll-foaming unit(50) comprising multi-staged rollers(R); forming an iron plate member(32a) in a section by a second roll-foaming unit(60); supplying a foaming resin material(40) between the aluminum plate member and the iron plate member by a resin injection unit(41) while bring the aluminum plate member into contact with the iron plate member; combining the aluminum plate member and the iron plate member by a third roll-foaming unit(70); sufficiently foaming the foaming resin material by passing the foaming resin material through a heating unit(80); and cutting and discharging the foaming resin material by a cutting unit(90).
