PURPOSE: A heat exchanger is provided to improve the heat exchanger and to improve the fastening method of a mounting pin and a tank. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger has plural tubes(31); an upper header(32) and a lower header into which the ends of the tubes are inserted; an upper tank(34) and a lower tank each combined to the upper header and the lower header; radiant fins(33) situated between the tubes; a support(35) having an extension part(36) to be extended to the surface of the upper and lower tanks and a mounting pin-combining part(37); and a mounting pin combined to the mounting pin-combining part. The support is joined to the end of the tube. The mounting pin-combining part is formed to the end of the extension part.
