PURPOSE: A method for checking a commercial transaction when a bank supports a company finance by a tax account is provided to prevent an illegal tax account which does not create a commercial transaction by collecting information with respect to a tax account as a base of a financial support and financial transaction information by a tax account electrically, and sharing the information in banks. CONSTITUTION: If a bank receives a tax account, contents thereof and financial related information to be transacted are transmitted to a tax account server(S1). The tax account server searches a previous financial transaction record of a corresponding tax account including a businessman registration number and a serial number in a database. If a previous financial transaction record does not exist, a lending approval is transmitted to a corresponding bank(S2). If a tax account does not exist in the database, a lending requesting amount of money is compared with an amount on the tax account. If the lending requesting amount is more than the amount on the tax account, a lending disapproval is transmitted(S3). If the lending requesting amount is less than the amount on the tax account and if the sum of a previously lending service amount and newly requested amount is less than the amount on the tax account, a lending approval is transmitted to new lending dealing requested bank with the previously lending service amount(S4). If a tax account exists in the database and if the sum of the previously lending service amount and newly requested amount is more than the amount on the tax account, a lending disapproval is transmitted. If a tax account exists in the database and if the sum of the previously lending service amount and newly requested amount is less than the amount on the tax account, a lending approval is transmitted.
