PURPOSE: A method for replacing a steel bridge of a railway bridge with a concrete bridge is provided to prevent vibration impact by load of a train, to manufacture a slab in a site and to construct stably with excellent constructability and quality. CONSTITUTION: The method for replacing a steel bridge of a railway bridge with a concrete bridge comprises the steps of: installing a hydraulic jack supporting-bracket(10) provided with a support(11) and suspended on the front and rear of an abutment or a pier(500); installing hydraulic jacks(20) on both sides of the support(11) of the bracket(10), a timbering cross bar(21) on both hydraulic jacks(20), a pair of timbering main girders(30) on both upper sides of the cross bar, and at least two timbering cross bars(31) on the upper part of the main girder; dismantling the existing shoe by ascending the existing girder(40) by driving the hydraulic jack(20), then installing the hydraulic jack(50) to function as a shoe of the existing girder; after dismantling the existing girder, fixing a beam on the upper part of the hydraulic jack(50) to secure a setting space for a form to manufacture a slab, then installing a square pipe and a temporary girder to secure a train service; installing a shoe for a new slab, installing a form containing a floor slab of the slab on the timbering cross bar(31), then placing and curing a new slab(70), and placing and curing reinforced concrete in the steel pipe to fill up a hole of a slab; removing the form, the timbering main girder, the cross bar and the hydraulic jack supporting bracket, the hydraulic jack(50), then settling a new slab on the shoe; and placing gravels on the slab, installing a sleeper and a rail.
