PURPOSE: Provided is a sludge drainage system being capable of effectively draining sludge settled on the bottom of a settling tank and stably operating without failure. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a sludge storage unit(10) with guide grooves(11) formed on the bottom of a settling tank(1) and drain holes(13) connected to the guide grooves(11); a storage tank(20) installed at an upper side of the settling tank(1) and provided with a sludge drain pipe(21) with a valve(21a) at a lower portion thereof and a water drain pipe(22) with a pump(22a) at an upper portion thereof; and a sludge transfer pipe(23) connected between the drain holes(13) of the settling tank(1) and the storage tank(20) for transferring sludge gathered in the grooves(11) from the settling tank(1) to the storage tank(20) by water pressure when the valve(23) is opened.
