SEMICONDUCTOR CHIP OF HEATPROOF AND VOLTAGE SUPPLY USING CARBON NANO TUBE

摘要

PURPOSE: A semiconductor chip of heatproof and voltage supply using carbon nano tube is provided to radiate the heat inside a circuit of a semiconductor chip while supplying energy to the inside of the circuit by filling the carbon nano tube with liquid or gas and by applying a voltage to the surface of the carbon nano tube. CONSTITUTION: The carbon nano tube is substituted for an inner conductive wire of the semiconductor chip(120) to supply a voltage through the surface of the carbon nano tube. A cooling process is performed by using the liquid or gas(131) injected to the inside of the carbon nano tube so that the carbon nano tube radiates the heat of the inside of the semiconductor circuit in itself. A power-supplying and heat-radiating unit(130) is formed of the carbon nano tube.
