PURPOSE: A mobile gas heat treatment equipment is provided which heat treats the welding part to prevent welding defects such as welding part cracks and residual stress generated on a welding part between metals, softens weld heat affected zone and stabilizes structure of metal. CONSTITUTION: The mobile gas heat treatment equipment is characterized in that moving wheels(26) are installed on the bottom of the equipment, temperature controller(4), ignition button(5), power supply switch(6), start switch, main valve switch(8), gas input gauge(9), gas output gauge(10), pilot valve(11), control valve(12) and gas output terminal(13) are installed on one side of the body of the equipment on an upper part of which handles for transportation are formed, and power supply signal converter(20), ignition timer(21), gas regulator(22), ventilation fan(23), main solenoid valve(24) and control motor valve(25) are installed inside the body of the equipment so that initial ignition is automatically ignited by remotely controlling one or more gas burners, temperature variation of heated part is transmitted by a combination of contact type temperature sensor and non-contact type temperature sensor during heat treatment operation, and gas supply control for properly controlling heating temperature is performed by proportional control method.
