PAPER INSERTING APPARATUS OF STRIP COILING FACILITY

PURPOSE: A paper inserting apparatus is provided to easily insert paper between the strip and the tension reel by moving an end of paper according to rotational direction of the tension reel when coiling the paper together with strip drawn out from a line facility around tension reel. CONSTITUTION: In a strip coiling facility comprising a tension reel(12) for coiling strip(10) and paper(11), and a paper unwinder(20) installed on an upper part of the tension reel to supply paper, the paper inserting apparatus of the strip coiling facility comprises a paper guiding part(30) installed between the paper unwinder and tension reel and equipped with a pair of guide rolls to guide paper, wherein the pair of guide rolls(32) are installed at an inner part of first frame(31) whose upper and lower parts are opened; a paper inserting part(40) installed at a lower part of the paper guiding part and equipped with a pair of contact rolls at second frame to supply the paper to the tension reel by gripping the paper supplied from the paper guiding part; a horizontal moving part(50) comprising third frame(51) installed on a lower part of the paper unwinder and a pair of horizontal cylinders(52) which is installed at both ends of the third frame, and an end of which is fixed to the first frame of the paper guiding part so that the paper guiding part is moved side to side by expanding or contracting the horizontal cylinders according to rotational direction of the tension reel; and a vertical moving part(60) comprising a pair of vertical cylinders(62) which are installed on the first frame of the paper guiding part, and an end of which is fixed to second frame of the paper inserting part so that the paper inserting part is closely adhered to the tension reel by descending the paper inserting part according to expansion of the vertical cylinders.
