PURPOSE: A core in-and-out device for a writing tool such as pen or pencil is provided to take the core out of a body of the tool only by standing the tool perpendicular to ground and/or horizontal line without additional operation. CONSTITUTION: The device is formed in a writing tool comprising a pen-core(9), a pin(1) integrally formed and moved with the pen-core(9); weights(3,4) having a first guiding hole(2) to lead movement of the pin(1); an elastic grip(11) for holding the weights(3,4); and a guidance(6) having a second guiding hole(5) to lead movement of the pin(1). The pin(1) is simultaneously inserted into and moves along both of the first and the second guiding holes(2,5) to let the pen-core(9) in and out from the writing tool.
