PURPOSE: A fogging-up detecting apparatus for a vehicle window is provided to precisely detect a fogging state in the vehicle window by detecting relative humidity and temperature of the vehicle window. CONSTITUTION: A fogging-up detecting apparatus for a vehicle window includes a thermal conductive member(10), a lower case(20), a PCB assembly, an upper case(50) and a mount. The lower case(20) is formed with an attaching slot for attaching the thermal conductive member(10) and a perforated hole formed in the attaching slot. The PCB assembly has a temperature and humidity detecting sensor module. The upper case(50) is provided with at least one rib(54) for attaching the temperature and humidity detecting sensor module to the thermal conductive member(10). The mount is formed with a perforated hole for receiving the thermal conductive member(10).
