PURPOSE: A data sensing circuit is provided to prevents the variation of a data sensing speed according to temperature variation by maintaining a constant current driving capability of a sense amplifier. CONSTITUTION: A power supply stabilization circuit(10) operates according to an enable signal and outputs a signal having a constant level without regard to the variation of a power supply voltage. A temperature compensation circuit(20) operates stably according to an output of the above power supply stabilization circuit and outputs a control signal according to temperature variation by sensing temperature. And a sensing circuit senses the amount of a current flowing through a bit line connected to a memory cell selected according to an inverted enable signal and a control signal being output from the temperature compensation circuit and the amount of a current flowing through a bit line connected to a reference memory cell and then compares them.
