The shower head (1) includes a large spray surface having a number of jets and equipped with a flexible tip (15). A hollow arm (2) has one end (21) connected to the shower head and another end (22) that can be fixed to a wall or to a vertically-adjustable shower fixing. The flexible tip is fixed in the end of the hollow arm to form a longitudinal channel (29). A flexible tube connects a water supply to the shower head and passes through the hollow channel in the arm to the tip.
