PURPOSE: A fluid pipe valve having function for removing inner pressure of the pipe is provided to perform facility replacement operation smoothly and prevent facility loss during replacement operation by installing a means for removing inner pressure of the fluid pipe valve. CONSTITUTION: In a fluid pipe valve comprising a handle(21) that is screw connected to an upper part of spindle(31) by spindle lift(23) so that the spindle(31) is vertically moved, and an upper frame(28) positioned at a lower part of the handle(21) to support the spindle(31), a lower frame connected to the upper frame(28) and consisted of pipe, and a cutoff gate adhered to a lower part of the spindle(31), the fluid pipe valve having function for removing inner pressure of the pipe comprises an inner pressure removing means(34) comprising a cylindrical main body penetratingly fixed to one side of a lower frame of the fluid pipe valve, a spool head vertically moved in an inner space of the cylindrical main body to open and close an inner pressure outlet, a spool head stopper fixed to the inner space of the cylindrical main body to control a downward position of the spool head, a spool rod fixed by inserting spring into a lower surface of the spool head, a spool end stopper fixed to a lower part of the spool rod and inserted into an inner space of a pusher(46) for spool opening and closing, a spindle neck(47) clamped to a lower part of the pusher(46) for spool opening and closing, and a neck connection member(47a) clamped to a lower part of the spindle neck(47) and connected to a side surface of the cutoff gate of the fluid pipe valve.
