PURPOSE: A system for intermediating a video matter manufacture using a data communication network and a method thereof are provided to register a video matter manufactured by many amateur manufacturers readably and intermediate the video matter to a company video matter manufactory or an advertiser. CONSTITUTION: A general video matter manufacturer, an amateur video matter manufacturer, and an advertiser execute a member registration to a video matter manufacturer intermediation server, respectively. The amateur video matter manufacturer registers a CF(Commercial Film) or movie parody version-centered video matter in the video matter manufacturer intermediation server. The advertiser requests a manufacture with respect to a specific work to the general video matter manufacturer. The general video matter manufacturer searches a work of the amateur video matter manufacturer pre-registered in the video matter manufacturer intermediation server. In the case that the general video matter manufacturer selects a specific video matter and wants to play a game, the video matter manufacturer intermediation server receives the contract demand signal and informs the contract contents to the corresponding amateur video matter manufacturer. The amateur video matter manufacturer permits the corresponding contract. The video matter manufacturer intermediation server informs the contract contents to the general video matter manufacturer.
