PURPOSE: A fuel cell cooling system of an electric vehicle is provided to stabilize the generation of electric energy by supplying the heated steam to the inside of a stack case to maintain the temperature of the fuel cell stack at the activation temperature. CONSTITUTION: A fuel cell cooling system of an electric vehicle includes a temperature sensor(13) and a heating portion(17). The temperature sensor(13) is installed at one side of a stack case(9) in order to detect the temperature of the inside of the stack case(9). The heating portion(17) is installed at one side of a cooling water pipe(15) for connecting a humidifier(7) to the stack case(9). The heating portion heats the steam of the cooling water pipe(15) according to a control signal of a controller(19) in response to a detecting signal of the temperature sensor(13) and supplies the heated steam to the stack case(9).
