PURPOSE: Provided is a pre-mixed type dry mortar with waterproofness which is easily used in the construction fields by mixing with water unlike a conventional plastering mortar requiring addition of waterproof agent in use. CONSTITUTION: The waterproof mortar applied to roofs, walls, tunnels and basements as a plastering material comprises 40-60wt.% of silica(fine aggregates of 30-50mesh), 20-40wt.% of Portland cement, 1-3wt.% of zinc stearate, 1-10wt.% of cement expanding agent, 5-10wt.% of calcium sulfoaluminate, and 1-10wt.% of antifoaming agent.
