PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing a spiral pipe having multi-structure is provided to reinforce outer soil pressure and inner construction of PE spiral pipe by introduction of a reinforcing bar into the pipe. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises extrusion devices(30,30') and dies(32,33,39) and a molding device(31) assembled therewith. The dies(32,33,39) have cooling ducts(36) and curved ducts with a thickness of T/2 or less and a hose(42). Inside the cooling duct(36), provided are an in/out port for the cooling water, a distributor formed with hoses for supplying and discharging the cooling water and a tube(38). The molding device(31) further has a plurality of rollers and an adhesive roller(35) to attach the tube(38) to the apparatus. The cooling duct(36) is in a multiple structure to form the reinforcement bar(12) in an overlapped form.
