CONVERTER FOR INTERFACE BETWEEN ANALOG SOUND DEVICE AND MOST NETWORK

PURPOSE: A converter for interface between an analog sound device and a MOST(Media Oriented System Transport) network is provided to utilize an existing analog sound device by converting properly an analog input of the analog sound device to a signal for MOST communication. CONSTITUTION: A converter for interface between an analog sound device and a MOST network includes an A/D converter(11), a micro controller(13), a MOST transceiver(12), and an optical module(15). The A/D converter(11) is used for converting analog sound data of the analog sound device to digital sound data. The micro controller(13) includes a MOST stack to control the transmission of the digital sound data to a MOST network. The MOST transceiver(12) is used for transmitting the digital sound data to the micro controller(13) and converting the digital sound data to electrical signals. The optical module(15) is used for converting electrical signals to optical signals.
