PURPOSE: An air exhausting device having a vertical impeller is provided to reduce noise and to improve the exhausting efficiency of air. CONSTITUTION: In an air exhausting device, an upper cover(5) is fixed to the top of a rotary shaft(4). A lower plate(6) is installed below the upper cover, and has a hole. A plurality of vertical impellers(7) are installed between the upper cover and the lower plate. The vertical impellers receive the force of the wind, and rotate with the rotary shaft.
