PURPOSE: Provided is an antifreeze solution composition having fuel reducing effect, which can increase the fuel efficiency of engines remarkably by keeping cooling water at a uniform temperature. CONSTITUTION: The antifreeze solution composition is produced by mixing reform and distilled water uniformly in the weight ratio of 1:10 and heating the mixture at 60-80deg.C for 2-3 hours and then filtering the mixture solution through a fine filter to extract a reform crude liquid. The reform is produced by mixing 80-85wt% of tourmaline powder, 10-14wt% of clay powder, 7-10wt% of talc powder, 4-7wt% of zeolite powder, and 2-4wt% of dolomite powder and heating the mixture at 1200-1500deg.C for 4-5 hours and then grinding. |
