PURPOSE: A shadow mask assembly is provided to deposit correctly an organic material on a glass substrate by aligning accurately a shadow mask and a frame. CONSTITUTION: A shadow mask assembly includes a frame(300), a shadow mask(200), and an alignment device(100). A first alignment holes(310) are formed on the frame(300). The first alignment holes(310) of the frame(300) correspond to a plurality of alignment pins of a deposition alignment device. A second alignment holes(210) are formed on the shadow mask(200). The second alignment holes(210) of the shadow mask(200) correspond to the first alignment holes(310) of the frame(300). A plurality of alignment pins(110) are formed at the alignment device(100) of a stretching unit.
