RECYCLED PHENOL FOAM COMPOSITE

PURPOSE: Provided is a recycled phenol foam composite, which reutilizes a relatively expensive phenol foam, is produced at a low cost, and has excellent mechanical strength, physical properties and a low toxicity. CONSTITUTION: The recycled phenol foam composite is characterized in that which is obtained by hot pressing the composition consisting of 40-80 parts by weight of a crushed waste phenol foam, 2-10 parts by weight of a reinforcing fiber, 10-30 parts by weight of a flame retardant additive, 10-30 parts by weight of a binder and 1-5 parts by weight of a functional additive. Particularly, the crushed waste phenol foam powder has the size of 8-50 micrometers.
