METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING CONCRETE BRIDGE-DECK PAVEMENT AND POLYESTER CONCRETE FOR OVERLAYING EXISTING CONCRETE PAVEMENT

PURPOSE: A construction method of concrete bridge-deck pavement and polyester concrete for overlaying the existing concrete pavement is provided to improve the durability and the rigidity by using polyester concrete mixture, and to manage the pavement stably by adjusting hardening time with regulating the amount of resin. CONSTITUTION: Foreign matters are eliminated cleanly from the surface of a pavement to increase adhesive strength with polyester concrete(100), and the surface of the paved object with high molecular weight methacrylate is dried sufficiently to gain the adhesive force(200). The prime coat is spread to mount the polyester concrete to the surface of the object(300), and mixed aggregate, resin, a polyester resin binder for binding the mixed aggregate and high molecular weight methacrylate, and a reaction initiator are mixed(400). The polyester concrete is poured on the pavement, and the construction is finished by hardening the polyester concrete(500,600). The concrete is cured against moisture and external factors for 30 minutes to 4 hours(700).
