PURPOSE: A device for refining sediment of edible oil is provided to prevent deterioration of taste or evanescence of fragrance and produce edible oil of high quality by simultaneously heating the byproduct sediment to a certain temperature and refining the byproduct sediment using air pressure when reproducing edible oil from byproduct sediment. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises a refining tank(1) into which edible oil sediment is injected so that the edible oil sediment is contained in the refining tank; a filtering means installed at the inner side of a lower part of the refining tank to remove residues and filter oil; an oil collecting tank(3) connected to the lower part of the refining tank to collect and store filtered oil; and an air pressing means for pressurizing the edible oil sediment by supplying high pressure air into an upper part of the refining tank, wherein the device further comprises a heater(5) installed on the wall of the refining tank, an outlet(25) installed on the wall of the refining tank, a door(27) for sealing or opening the outlet, and clamping member(29), wherein the filtering means comprises filter(15) for filtering residues, mesh filter(17) installed at a lower part of the filter, and stay filter(19) installed at a lower part of the mesh filter and consisted of frame, a plurality of stay rods(19b) and a plurality of holes(19c), and wherein the air pressing means comprises air nozzle(9) installed at an upper part of the refining tank, and an air compressor(13) for supplying high pressure air through a pipe(11) connected to the air nozzle.
