PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To leave a conversation between users of a messenger service as mail. SOLUTION: A computer 12a of a user A logs in a messenger server 16 to converse with a computer 12b of a user B already logging in the server as well by exchanging messages in real time. When a mail transmission button is clicked on the computer 12a of the user A (S101), a mail transmission screen in which the conversation made so far with the user B is pasted as the mail body is displayed (S102). Here, when the mail address of a recipient is inputted (S103) and a transmission button is clicked (S104), the mail is sent to a mail server 14c of a 3rd party C, which downloads it to know the contents of the conversation made between the user A and user B.
