PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat and pressure power conversion system having a new mechanism for improving effective work efficiency, improving purification grade of exhaust gas, increasing selection of fuel system and decreasing noise and vibration. SOLUTION: In the heat and pressure power conversion system capable of taking out change of volume and pressure caused by expansion or contraction of heat medium consisting of gas and/or liquid at predetermined temperature and pressure as kinetic or electric energy (exergy), a space structured by an external cylinder, an inner cylinder having smaller diameter than the external cylinder and a spiral continuous separation wall slidably fit in a groove in a longitudinal direction of the cylinders and formed by separation walls stratified in a longitudinal direction of the cylinders changes while the external and inner walls are continuously moved by rotation of the inner cylinder. Heating medium is taken in from an introduction part at an end of the external cylinder and discharged to the other end and thus positive or negative exergy can be taken out from a rotation shaft of the inner cylinder.
