PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain temperature rise at a valve shaft guide and a sliding part between the valve shaft guide and a valve shaft, and maintain slidability of the valve shaft for a long time. SOLUTION: A guide part 50 comprises the valve shaft guide 52 for supporting the valve shaft 38. In the valve shaft guide 52, an inside thereof is formed with a shaft insertion hole 54 and a bearing relief part 55, a space 57 is formed between the bearing relief part 55 and the valve shaft 38. The valve shaft guide 52 is arranged coaxially to the valve shaft 38 to which fluorocarbon resin coating 48 is applied. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
