PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To require no narrowing operation upon parallel parking and enable a forward parking and a forward departure. SOLUTION: A floor plate 1 on which a vehicle is mounted is provided. A horizontally rotating shaft 2 is provided at a front part of one side of the floor plate 1. A horizontally rotating shaft 3 is provided at a rear part of one side of the floor plate. The horizontally rotating shafts 2 and 3 are alternately switched to a lock state and a free state. A stationary parking place immobile part is connected to the floor plate 1 by an expander 4. Otherwise, the floor plate 1 is rotated around the horizontally rotating shaft 2 or the horizontally rotating shaft 3 by a self-propelled device provided in the floor plate 1. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
