PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior finish device which properly adjusts the intensity or the like of sunlight incident from an opening section without being required for adjusting work by human. SOLUTION: An external facing (vertical louver) 30 forming a plurality of hollow sections in the direction of the height is used. The external facing 30 comprises a plurality of members 31a to 31c arranged in the direction of the height. The external facing 30 (members 31a to 31c) is attached to a mounting member 20 with bolts 25a, 25b, etc. in a state that the movement in the horizontal direction of one end side is regulated by supporting members 21a and 21b. A reinforced member 28 extended in the direction of the height across the members 31a to 31c is formed in the hollow section on the other end side of the external facing 30 (members 31a to 31c).
